1. Damaged Items during Transit:
We understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If your imitation jewelry arrives damaged, we will gladly accept a return. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:
a. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. Provide clear photos or a video clearly showing the damage. Ensure that the original packaging is retained for inspection.
b. Video Documentation:
To streamline the return process, we require a video recording while opening the package. This helps us verify the condition of the item upon arrival and aids in expediting your return.

2. Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Items showing signs of wear or damage unrelated to transit will not be eligible for a refund.
We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons

There might be slight variations in the color tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the monitor settings of each device.

Jewelry may have slight irregularities in designs that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered as defect for exchange/refund.

If the jewelry’s physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking.

If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.

If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.

Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.

Under rare circumstances, the jewelry beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things which can be easily fixed with fabric glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
3. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed.
4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the item being damaged during transit.
